Our continuing care retirement community (CCRC) offers a Skilled Nursing Center that can help with all of the rehabilitation needs that your family may need. Our staff of qualified physical, occupational and speech therapists work with residents to regain range of motion, living skills and other necessary functions that affect quality of life.
Requirements for short-term care
Our Village accepts patients who have met specific requirements, including a 3-day hospital stay. Nearly 80% of all patients who come for short-term care at The Village community return to their prior living arrangements.
Insurance
Most rehab stays are covered by Medicare A, private pay or insurance. The CCRC accepts Medicare coverage for up to 100 days of care, and length of care is based solely on patient’s progress. We work with each individual patient to determine plan of care and insurance coverage at time of admittance.

Each resident for our short-term rehabilitation enjoys a private room and the amenities that one can expect when living in The Village community, including restaurant style dining, private garden terraces and sunrooms, activity room access and barber and beauty shops.
Additionally, the short term facility also offers 24-hour nurse care, pain management and wound care services and specialized activity schedules based on therapy.
